Mission Statement
Steele Defense Intelligence (SDIC) mission is to improve information technology integration and interoperability across the classified Department of Defense Information System (DoDIIS) and the Intelligence Community (IC) networks.
Steele Defense Intelligence Consulting (SDIC) is an Information Technology (IT) consulting Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on improving integration and interoperability in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) .
SDIC was founded in 2012 by its President, Delvicciho Steele. He has over 40 years of experience in the DoD/IC.
Serving at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSDI), the Chairman of the Joint Chief of State (J2), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), the USCYBERCOM (J5), the US Army Intelligence Security Command (INSCOM), the Defense Information Systems Agency and active duty Army. Working in the capacities of Senior All Source Intelligence Policy Specialist, Senior Intelligence Policy Researcher, Senior Requirements Engineer, Senior ISR Advisor, Senior Intelligence Risk Analyst, Cyber Campaign Plans Assessor, Sr SIGINT Systems Engineer, Information Systems Security Officer, and ELINT Analyst. Additionally, he is retired active-duty Army (ELINT), retired DIA Intelligence Officer, a certified ODNI Joint Duty Intelligence Officer, private industry, and has a Masters Degree in Technology Management.
Develop Systems Integration Plans
Identify the key events that demonstrate system functionalities, integration scheduling, identify technologies to be integrated, the boundaries, specify the interactions, describe the characteristics of the interactions, describe conditions for functions and evaluation, and stakeholders responsibilities.
